Trip 1 – Oct 2017, Faisalabad 48 looms @1050 RPM → Failed in 11 days (dust + light reflection)
Trip 2 – Jan 2018, Karachi Improved lens & anti-dust coating → Ran 38 days, then missed short wefts (vibration issue)
Trip 3 – May 2018, Lahore 3rd-gen prototype with vibration damping + better sealing → 72 looms ran 92 days with almost zero errors. Customer kept them and ordered 200 more.
Trip 4 – Sep 2018, Faisalabad (same mill as Trip 1) Replaced all 98 original feelers @1050 RPM. These same 98 Heli detectors are still running perfectly in 2025 (7+ years, video proof available).
